An Agent That Does the Work, Under Your Login

Give Bird a task in a sentence: record the GL, fill in the new location, issue the certificate to the landlord. It does the work with the same actions you would, then tells you what it changed.

The Bird page: “What shall we finish, Rosalind?”, tasks from today and the box to tell Bird the task.

One task, start to finish

Bird finds the policy, checks the endorsement, drafts the certificate, then stops for your go-ahead before it goes.

You say when

Reading and writing to the record run on their own, with every change listed. Anything a customer sees, anything a certificate asserts and anything that can’t be undone stops on a card that says who it reaches.

  • One card per action, showing exactly what will go out
  • Typing a reply instead of confirming declines every card still waiting
  • Everything Bird does is logged as “your name via Bird”

Bird doesn’t guess

What Bird may write is the record’s rule, not Bird’s. When the record and the request disagree, it asks you once, with what the record says.

  • An answer the building’s records contradict, or a code its sources only call likely, isn’t written
  • A change to a bound policy becomes a change request; the record waits for the endorsement
  • A public record’s owner is never copied into Named insured

Four ways to reach Bird

Bird is scoped to what you’re looking at, so “fill in the new location” needs no reference number.

Your clients have their own Bird in the portal. It answers questions about their own policies, can’t change anything, and carries a note that it isn’t a licensed insurance agent.
