Every Morning, the Work Finds You
Today collects every item across the book that needs a person and ranks it. The first row is the first thing to do, or hand it to Bird.

Nothing on Today is invented
Each item comes from a rule the rest of Brella OS already uses, so the fact that prints on a form is the same fact that puts a row here.
- Renewals in their 90, 60 and 30-day window, with the date in words
- Certificates naming an additional insured, with no endorsement on file
- Claims with no carrier update, and questions nobody answered
- Licences at risk: a lapsed resident licence invalidates every non-resident one

Signatures and reminders that don’t slip
Every document out for signature is on the schedule, due on the day its next automatic reminder goes. Your reminders and dated filings sit beside it.
- After five quiet days a request becomes “Waiting on …” and needs you
- After fourteen it is late; declined and expiring links show up too
- A lead you recycled comes back on the day you chose, as Re-approach

Records to complete, kept apart
A coverage nobody documented or a GL decision nobody made is true every day, so it is shown, but not counted as today’s work.
