Brella OS

Everything an Agency Does, on One Record

A client’s application becomes the record. Everything your team adds lands on it, and every document Brella OS produces prints from it.

A policy workspace: Halstead Flats LLC, with lines sold, the activity log and the conversation.

Leads

Every agency has its own application link. What arrives is already structured, and the completed application is a PDF the moment the client presses Submit.

  • More than 200 business types; most answer a carrier questionnaire for their trade
  • Property owners add buildings by address, filled from public records
  • Documents arrive labelled by Bird
The leads table: reference, customer, stage, owner and coverage.

Policies

Lines sold, carriers, premium and revenue, the activity log and the conversation with your client, all on the record.

  • Every certificate ever issued is kept; reissues are added, never replaced
  • A change to a bound policy goes to the carrier first and is applied once endorsed
  • Claims are checked against the policy’s term when they’re reported

Documents and forms

Generate forms draws the ACORD 125, 126, 130 and 140, the application and the schedule of values from the record and files them on the policy. Certificates, the ACORD 3 claim notice and the E&O defence file come from their own tabs, from the same record.

Signatures

Send anything to be signed and see where each one stands. Bird can place the fields for you to check; the client signs on their phone, and the signed copy files itself with its audit trail.

  • Templates for what you send again and again
  • Before binding, Brella OS asks whether to get unsigned documents signed

Customers

Every client in your book, with their contacts, every policy and every lead. Clients answer questions, send documents and see their policy from a portal of their own.

The customers table: customer, contact, policies in force and open leads.

The dashboard

Premium in force, the pipeline with close rate and median time to bind, intake against bound, renewals by days to term end, and the coverage mix.

Intake against bound: leads received as bars and policies bound as a line, month by month.
